Courses at Art of living ashram:
The courses of the ashram are designed by Sri Sri Ravi shankar. The course includes breathing process, meditation and some simple dialogues. The breathing process is well known stress management and health promotion technique. The fees vary form course to course. A 3 day introductory art of living workshop fee is Rs. 2000 for Indians which is inclusive of accommodation and food. The essential course is designed to improve our daily efficiency by enhancing the quality of our life. The institute offers special courses for children between eight and 16 years of age known as the Art Excel Course. Versions of the Art of Living Courses are offered to those suffering from HIV and AIDs and inmates in prison.
Ayurveda facilities at Art of living ashram:
The institute offers consultation on diet and lifestyles. This includes food, exercise, medicine, sleep, skin and hair care supplements, professional habits, therapies and medicines. Panchakarma treatments are also offered at the institute. It includes cleaning the body internally by processes that induce sweating, emesis, purgation etc. In this treatment waste and toxins are thrown out of the body. The ayurvedic treatment such as Shirovasti, swedana, uzhichil, Pizhichil, netra trapana are offered at this institute.

Each kutir at the ashram has a private garden and is surrounded by vegetation and greenery. The kutris of the ashram are equipped with all modern amenities to ensure comfort and convenience to guests. The ashram has accommodation for 2500 people at a time.

The art of living ashram serves delicious, fresh, healthy and pure vegetarian food in the dining hall. The ashram complex also includes a refreshment centre that is located near Vishalakshi Mantap. This centre serves Satvik vegetables, tea, coffee, seasonal fruits, Indian delicacies, pizzas, fresh fruit juices, non carbonated bottled drinks and ice creams.
