Another effective addition is doing surya namaskar or sun salutation in a proper manner which should be comprised of 12 proper postures. Again great emphasis is laid on the proper performance of breathing exercises or pranayam. There are breathing rounds which are counted to judge one round of 12 postures which means single round of 12 postures gets completed with the completion of 6 breathe ins and breathe outs. And another way is to complete one breathing round with single posture from the other 12 postures.
